1. Question: Must I register as a member in order to purchase a product from the mall?
No. You may independently select a product after login our website in the name of a visitor. When buying a product, you may only need to input your email address to finish the shopping process. Of course, to register as a member may facilitate you to inquire your shopping information and accumulate points to redeem them for gifts.
2. Question: Why I can't login the mall?
Please check if your email and password are correct and if your browser supports cookies.
3. Question: What should I do if I forget my login password?
An old user who has registered for shopping in our mall may retrieve the password through clicking “Forgot Password” below the login box and following the instruction.

modes of payment are available?
Answer: The mall at present only supports the paypel online payment tool to finish the payment. More modes of payment will be in place in the near future.
5. Question: After I place an order for a product, where can I make online payment?
If you have placed an order, please login the member center of the mall, find the corresponding order in “My Order”, click “Pay Now” from the operation column, enter and select “PayPal” and click “Pay now”, then select online payment according to the instructions on the page.
6. Question: What should I pay attention to when making payment?
Please make sure to confirm the order before making payment so as to guarantee your consumption rights and interests.
7. Question: How long is the validity of an order?
If no payment is made within 48 hours after the confirmation of an order, the order will automatically close down and cannot be retrieved.
8. Question: After I have made payment for an order, when can the product be delivered?
Under normal circumstances, we will ship out the goods within 1-24 hours from the receipt of payment. In case of national statutory holidays, the delivery will be postponed.
9. Question: What should I do if I find the goods have some problems upon the receipt?
If the goods have an in-built quality problem, please contact our customer service. Within 7 days from the receipt of the goods, the mall accepts the return application except for special cases. If products support the return within 15 days, the return may be made within 15 days from the date of receipt.
10. Question: How do I calculate the postage fees?
The postage fees of the mall should be charged according to the existing charging standard of each express company. The logistics preferential measures of different sellers should be subject to actual conditions.
12. Question: Can I specify the delivery time when placing an order?
If you have a specific requirement for the delivery time, please indicate it in the “Order Postscript” when placing an order. If you have finished the order placement, please contact the customer service of the product center and mark the order number and delivery requirement.
13. Question: When can an unavailable product be available?
The arrival time of an unavailable product depends on the allocation conditions and cannot be accurately estimated. As soon as the product is available, we will inform you via the contact information you provide.
